anyone familiar with the pitcairn area in ny north of old forge?
i am looking at some land up there for a place to sled in the winter and camp and boat in the summer but have never been around there. any input from locals or people who visit the area? it is right by the adirondack state forest an close to old forge/tug hill so winter sports should be fun i would think.
