Need help to remove cylinder stud....

I am trying to remove a rusted 8mm head stud bolt from an aluminum cylinder...any useful tips.

I let it soak all night in kroil, and its still a no turn.

Thanks

Heat and cold. Use a heat gun and heat up the entire assembly, then use some snow or ice and try to cool just the stud. Maybe keep some heat on the aluminum. This might break it free. Spray some kroil in it when it is hot. Just try things with heat and cold, it seems to work for me.

A very old secret is to heat it all up with just a propane torch and then put some paraphine wax to it. It should turn right out with a small vise grip ( 4"-6")!
