No start?

So I've been trying to get my '96 EXT 580 EFI to start and it just does not want to. I thought it was the gas, it was old and mixed. So I drained the tank, took the pump and smart valves out and cleaned her all up. Put evrything back together and added 10L of fuel. Fired up 2 pull and thought all was good. Whent to try this morning and just started but died on idle and cant start again.

It usto bog down @ hight RPM from what I thought was the smart valves but now it just wont go. Could it be that I did not put the input output hoses on wrong? If they are not in the right spot would this effect it?

Try putting a little fuel in the spark plug holes and see if it starts. If it does, the fuel pump quit, etc.

The fuel pump is running, I look inside the tank with a flash light and I can see it pump gas up. I'm to the point were I'm thinking its the battery. I'm getting 12v out of it and for EFI to run properly I think its 12.6v. The charger is on for the night and we will se what happens from there. I had the charger on for 20 minutes real quick and got it to spuder with the first 3 pulls but no go, after that it was just not going. Check voltage afte and it was down to 12v after the tries, after I had just took the charger off it was like 13v. If this does not work I'l try the fuel in plugs trick.

If the battery is low, it should idle OK, but will not rev up (acts like it is bogging), this is "limp mode".
Leave the charger (running) on it when you start it and see if that makes a difference.

When I took it out of the garage it seemed like it was in "limp mode cause it would not go over 4000RPM until it got kinda warmed up.

Leave the charger on it overnight (lowest setting) and see if it clears up.

I let the battery charge till last night, came out this morning and put some gas line anti-freeze and it made a difference, I think. Pored some in the tank, primed the pump like 8 times to try and get some into the rail, let it sit for a couple hours and came back and got her started. I had my friend hold the throttle wide open to get her to go and after about 20 pulls it went. Idles well now and it ran somewhat smooth for a good 10 minutes of idle. It sill bogging at 4000 rpm but I'm thinking my secondary is screwed up at this point. Once I got it going I think the secondary loosened or something and was ok. But when I went to put it back in the shed, I got on the ramp and it bogged and had to get off to make it go in.

Have not tried seafoam in it but I went and filled it up, there is only Napa that I know of that caries it up here and they where closed. I'm looking into the TSS right now, had a freind hold the trottle assembly and move it and it would cut out on and off. I'm going to by-pass it next time I get to work on it.

To the dealer it goes

Finaly got arround to put seafoam in it after changing the seals in the water pump. IT started and seem to run good after the seam foam but it still runs like crap and stalls. I By-passed the TSS(somewhat rednecked it). It starts and can I Idle for a while but you go arround then its like it drops down too running on one cylinder then dies. So now its going to the dealer to try and diagnostic the problem.
