New Helmet Suggestions - CKX Tranz vs. Gmax G44X.

Hey everybody. I was at the Snowmobile show in Toronto, Ontario last month. At the show, I pre-ordered a CKX Tranz helmet. I liked the looks of it. I liked that it had the built in sunglasses, and I really, really liked that it seemed to have a lot of venting. I wear glasses, and I was looking for something that had the most venting to minimize any fogging. Unfortunately, when I was at the show, they didn't have any of these helmets(except for the demos) in stock. They said that if we ordered one, we could get it by Nov 1. Well, I found out last week that it is now going to be at least the first week of December. I might be okay without a helmet, but where I go snowmobiling, it is probably quite likely that there will be snow before, or around this point in time. The store told me that I can wait for the helmet to come in, or they will give me store credit towards another helmet. The other helmet that I have looked at is the Gmax GM44X helmet. This helmet is very similar but doesn't have the sunglasses. I thought I should put a post on here just asking what people thought of both of these helmets, and what people thought of both of these brands. If people seem to think that both of these helmets are similar in quality, then I will probably wait it out and get the CKX that I bought, but I would like to hear what people's thoughts are about both before I make a final decision.
Thanks so much everyone,
Matt
I thought I would include a link to each helmet in case people weren't familiar with each.

i have a polaris modular helmet, and got it for last season....i love the thing...EXCEPT:

i have the aviator mouth piece, that exits your breath out the side. the only problem is the moisture that builds up freezes around the helmet release button because its near the helmet vent on the front of the helmet. ive solved this problem by putting small piece of napkin or paper towel (rolled up like a cigarette) in the mouth piece, and every now and then when i stop i'll hvae to change it, or just "ring" it out.

however, i do love the flip down sun glasses. by far the best option especially when the sun is out and its glaring outside.

I'd say it's worth waiting for.
I have the Bombardier modular and love the slide down shades. (I also wear glasses inside the helmet)
