im running black magic zrt 800 pipes on my polaris. all i did was send off some measurments for custom headers, and then added a 15 degree bend after the pipe so it would sneak out my hole in the body. otherwise it would have had to had to come out on the side of the body
, which would have been cool looking but it wouldnt use the snow to help dampen the noise
so basically what im trying to say is, go to sled junk yard, talk to some guys and get some measurements and see what will fit. i was running some dg pipes on my sled but i hated the performance. the 800 pipes give me loads of top end but i lose midrange.
