What do you do if your EFI sled is running rich? There is no carb jet to change out, what happens does the ECU need to be reflashed or something? Take a look @ this plug and tell me what you think.

What sled is it? I know that the f-7 plugs are known to look like that but not quite that bad also if it is a cat in 2004 they had a bulletin about that for the 2004 f-7 model. hope this helps

How does it run overall? Does it smoke excessively? COuld be an airflow sensor or O2 sensor.

How long was the engine running before you took the plugs out?
Looks like they were not up to operating temp yet.
