Im looking at another sled now. Its a 01 plolaris 500 xc sp. It has 2500 miles and he wants 2000 for it. Is that a good deal?

Hes got a electic start and reverse for it, if he put those things on then heed want 2500

go to Pure Polaris : Online Store and see how much the elec. start, and reverse kit cost...then see if its worth the added cost to have him put them on the sled...that is if you really, really want them.

imo, reverse isnt necessary. i dont think ive ever run into a condition where pullling the sled backward would have been any more helpfull with reverse.

elec. start, however, is a must. by far one of the best accessories on a sled. especially in very cold weather.
