A good place to go is SLP as they have everything that you mentioned above.

The dealer can do it, but there is usually a how-to that comes wit hthe part to do it yourself.

The only thing that the dealer has to do is reflash the computer if you install the pipe but not for anything else unless you don't feel comfortable doing the clutching yourself.

As far as the timbersled intake goes I have one and am going to get rid of it and switch to the slp intake. You can also gut the stock airbox for an improvement in flow aswell but the after market kits do free-up space that helps the cluthes cool better compared to the stock box.

The timbersled intake kit must not work as well as the slp,my buddy has two 900fuses and changed them to slps also.
those big blocks need all the air they can git.
how about tourque stops for the motor? stock just dont cut it, to much torque,i saw a motor mount set up from out west put on a 900 that had belt issuse, fixed it right up.it kept things lined up much better, it was around 300.
lose the stock can for an slp one,you will lose some weight and sound sweet.
I will have to see what else my bud pete has done for mods and pass it on, his are dialed in pretty well.

if you could find out what he has done that would be great. i dont know where to start other than like small stuff like studs and bar hooks and some other stuff that looks sweet. if it is too hard can you get me the part numbers on those pieces. i would be deffinitly interested in the intake and exhaust. let me know
thanks

I would definitely look at getting a new can for it. Have you ever taken yours out? It uses like the biggest can I've ever seen, pretty heavy too. You could lose probably 12-15 pounds and pick up a couple horses too.
