First, check for leaks in the system.
Then, make sure the carb is cleaned with the appropriate jets for the altitude and temperature at which you are riding. Also check the plugs to ensure they are giving a good spark to ignite the fuel mix.
Then start looking at places that may be robbing you of power. Check all the bogey wheels for bearings that are frozen, check the track alignment, check ski alignment and condition of the runners, check the primary/secondary offset, make sure both clutches are clean and functioning normally, with springs that are operating correctly. Check the belt for width and for proper deflection. Lots of times bad fuel mileage is not a power issue; its an issue of the power delivered by the engine being robbed before it gets to the track.
Also, look for restrictions in the exhaust as well.
Pre-mixing at 50:1 should not contribute to poor fuel mileage.
