If you get a chance ride each one and then choose. All 3 are nice sleds.

ya its supposedly one of the best, if not the best. going to have to try it sometime soon, just for a test ride. read a few reviews in snowmobile mags, it will give you a good idea of how good it is.

You should really try one of each. Magazines don't always do you justice. You may have a certain way you like to sit on a sled. Now with the "rider-forward" position you are forced to sit towards the gas tank,a Rev may be too much for you? Try them all,my Apex is really comfortable, thought it would be too traditional coming from Polaris, but I do like it,Revs are too much for me right away, but once you ride it for awhile it gets good.

personally i'd go with a firecat... i personally think they're the best all around sled out there.but like they said, try each one out first, and decide what you like best.

If you are looking at new ? Buy all means go or at least try the new Infinate ryder position on the new cats!! If you
are coming off an old ZR the Rev and Pol maybe too forward
and you may find yourself over the bars or tippy feeling?

Went to the UP for a week.I Rented a Rev for 2 days(wife wanted to throw the 94 jag in lake superior). So I rode the Rev,she rode the Firecat(now she wants a Firecat). The suspension was unbelievable. However, I'm not sold on the Rev. I feel much more comfortable with the low center of gravity of the engine, control of speed while cornering, and to me the suspension is just as nice.At least the way I have it set up.I don't like the idea of sitting that high either.
I liked the Rev enough not to knock it because it was a fantastic sled and a great ride. But its just not for me, I like the Firecat more.
If I were you. I'd focus on the Fcat Or the Rev.I give them both 2

Each sled is to their own. Everyone seems to be in love with the Rev but I rode one for a while and couldn't wait to get my ZX chassis back. If I were buying a new sled I would definitely go with the IQ Polaris, they seem to suit my style the best. Love the look and that 600 CFI is incredible from what I have heard. It seems that people are steering away from Polaris but I think in the next couple of years they are going to get right back in the hunt for #1. Just my opinion.

I agree with everyone else...it all depends on which sled you sit more comfortably on. I rode a brand new Rev last year and I was not comfortable at all. I felt like I was sitting too far forward and didn't like it (although they are supposed to be better for your back, etc.). It felt a little tippy to me but after a while of riding it I got more adjusted to it. If it were me I'd go for the Firecat or Polaris...

Give the 07 F series a tryout, that new chassis is unbeleivable. IMO it's better than the rev or the iq. Cat's slide rail suspension given an ultra smooth ride. Cat has the technology edge.

also depends on how fast you want to go. the f-cats are supposed to be very speedy, while the rev's arn't far behind. Though the 600sdi gets excellent gas mileage, which i would seriously consider for trail riding. the farther the better, right?

if your buying new, wait for the REVII in 08. From what I hear from test riders, it's going to be all around the BEST. Think about it, the REVs been out for 5 years now, and untill recently no one has really come close to it (in terms of rider forward sleds) and those are all the other guys top notch sleds, when the new one comes out.... watch out.
