pics of an indy that did not float on posted property

We came across this guy "riding" on posted property all by himself. when we arived it was in "water" just above his seat. We sent two guys back to my truck to get straps and tiedowns to make a hundred ft plus strap it took 4 sleds( well 3 good sleds and mine) to pull it through the muck and ****. this is the farms clairefing pit.

the Owner of the property was on the red polaris sled next to mine. The "farmer" rents it from him and lives in Boston. The owner is the exfarmer and this was his pit about 4 years ago. There was a short exchange of words. but he figured he paid enough. ie the sled now pulls over with one finger. the rt ski was pulled out of the muck minus the sled and everything stunk to high heven.

basicly he was a bonehead private trail poacher that did not eaven stay on the broken trail and paid a big price. This section actually has a gate at each end with posted and no tresspassing signs to guard this 5 or so acre area of the pit. The VAST trail goes past the gates on both ends.and we come in in the middle and use both gates to get to the legal trails. Of the 400 acres of trail and open field this is the only section of the land that the general population of sleds and 4wheelers are not allowed. as you can see this area is not eaven hayed we have a brush hoged trail from gate to gate and out to the farm.

It is a good thing it was not a newer pit or else he would really be in deep sh1t. If he had stayed on the broken trail or at least close to it he would not have been been broken.

What was the idiot thinking??? Or, should I ask what he was drinking? I always examine the conditions BEFORE riding on them. You can CLEARLY see the area is WET. Must have taken a colossal lapse in judgment! Doh! Not to mention; the fool can't read.

I think people like that should not be allowed to purchase snowmobiles, or if they do, they should be required to give them to smarter people.
