Anyone ever use swipeez, it's like a wiper for goggles and face sheilds
I tried one last season and had good luck, and I'm considering carring it in my shop, but want some input from others to see if it will sell good. It's kind of like a strip of rubber wiper blade that slips over a glove finger and helps wipe away the snow and slush from your goggles or face shield.

Does the rubber stay soft if it gets really cold so you can wipe the lens for what ever reason? Usually when really cold you don't have the problems as you do when it's warmer though.

My glove supplier has them built right into the gloves on one finger. Seem to work OK.

When I used mine it was in the upper 20's to lower 30's for temps, so I kept getting some slush spatter from time to time. I did use it once when it was a little colder and I was drift busting with lots of snow dust. When I rode in extreme cold, -5 or lower, the snow dust was at a minimum, so it stayed in my pocket. So to answer your question I realy don't know if it stays soft.

I've been looking for one of those for years. When I had my bike shop I got one from Metzler tire saleman. It was the handiest thing for riding in the rain. If you carry them let me know and I'll take a few.

I think its a pretty cool idea. I agree with one guy who posted he has one on his glove. Ive got a pair with one on them and my Yamaha gloves dont. However I can honestly say I've never had to used these. I think my electric shield takes care of this stuff. Good idea but make some considerations before you stock these. I dunno how well they will sell. I think something in this nature would be to carry stuff for guys who wear eyeglasses. Ive heard scotts makes some anti fog wipes that are excellent. I ride without my glasses in fear of fog. Idunno if any of this helps. good luck
