Is EFI good to have?

Just wondering if efi is a good thing or not. Looks like most new sleds have it.

I like the idea of working on my sleds, so wasn't sure if something with efi is alot more finicky.

Thanks.

efi is the best thing for performance, fuel economy, quick changes in elevation ect

carbs are the best for the average person to fix

The best thing about EFI is that it is nearly maintainence free. Some injector cleaner periodically and you're good to go.

I see where your comin from liking to work on them and stuff. That seems to be the common thread for all of us. But theres no goin back to carbs for me. Unless I buy an older beater sled. EFI is way to go!!. Starts every time second pull.Besides, Who wants to work on sleds on the trail ??
