are retrax a good investment or a rip off at $199? for those who dont kno, they are the wheels to put on your skis so when you cross cement, it doesnt ruin the carbides

I'd be afraid of catching a stump. Then your out $300 for A-arms. Or maybe even a broken arm..............leg.......
