Question What do I do?

I ran my sled throught the field the other day, pulled my plugs they were brown pretty much light grey. when it gets colder out will they get worse, should I adjusts the carbs a bit

you are definitely running lean if you are getting a light gray. What kind of sled are you running and what year? Curious if you have oil injection or not.
