longer shocks wouldnt work, if its like my prs setup the shocks are under the hood.

That's what they are, under the hood. and shocks don't increase ride height, springs do. With the limiter strap adjusted, it hardly changed the geometry at all. Didn't change the ride a single bit.

The suspension on the front is very specialized, The shocks face front to rear, not up/down like a regular sled.

you did a excelent job!.. i am never getting rid of my PRS sleds so this is why i want to do somthing with the rear skid!..but i want to get it started first.. i think i need a new coil...but anywaysthats looks great! i am definatly going to look into getting a SC 10

WELL worth the swap! Go for it! You can find those rears for under $150 nowadays.

Hey, good job on the install.
I'm in the process of swaping a sc10 from a 1998 mach1 into a 1991 formula plus. I've read alot of posts about reusing the front holes but I think that only applies to the 94's and up.
I was wondering...how did you come up with that spot that you chose to drill the front holes?
Also what center to center distance did you use for the arms? I've seen alot of posts with many different numbers
