Hemets, where to buy?
I don’t have any snowmobile dealers in my area. Can anyone recommend a reputable, decent priced site to buy helmets on the Internet?

Where are you from? I'm looking as well but looking for a reputable CANADIAN place to buy from so I don't have to pay international shipping on a big item . I don't want to hijack but I'll just piggy back on this thread:
If anyone else can sugest a good place to buy helmets from on the net in Canada please post as well

I've seen some really good helmet deals on eBay.
This is the thing though - a helmet MUST fit properly, or it will not provide the protection it is designed to provide.
If you have a friend with a helmet you can try to get the sizing right, do that before ordering. Bear in mind that different manufacturers size their helmets differently. That is to say; don't assume an Arctic Cat size Medium will fit exactly the same as a Zeus size Medium. It won't. That's why it is so important to actually try them on.
In my opinion - it would be well worth an hour (or more) drive to get a correctly fitting helmet.

First, where are you located?
Second, try on atv helnets and then you will know which ones fit by brand and can match the snowmobile helmet to brand.
