Anyone been out yet? When is the snow gonna fly?

Just wondering if anyone has been out yet? Anyone in the buffalo area manage to get their sleds out in the snow?

I can only sit on my sled in the garage for so long!!!

it snowed here for like 3 days

but most of it melted right away, in the morning the cars were white, that about as far as it got.

I read they have enough snow on Colorado to sled.

Radio this morning said the rockies received 12 inches at 5000 feet and above. That should be about 3 feet in a week.

Snowed at 7000 feet in California last week with about 6 inches and melted when it hit the ground.

Watch the weather service and see where the low pressure system goes. They usually bring the moisture.

We got some hail today, right on the edge between rain and snow. Just a little bit longer.

We have about 4" of what has stayed now for over a week, it's consistently -5 to -8 at night and around 0 during the day so the snow isn't going anywhere now, we just need more!

About 5 inches.

Tested out the Giant on snow, it handles well.

if ANYONE has been out riding yet, i'll be jealous as hell. I only had ONE day out of last year that we could ride, and that was the day we finished rebuilding our sleds in december. Ever since that day, it all melted, never had enough snow to get through 5 gallons.

kemo that sucks.

do you trailer to ride at all. i sure would be if it was like that around here.

there was enough snow out this morning i could have gone for a little ride but it would have been more work to dig out the sled than it would have been worth. it pretty well all melted but there is still a little, just enough to remind me.
