Not Grounding?

I started the sleds yesterday, and left the TNT for last knowing that that wiring harness sucks, but I still started to salavage some run time for it, but while holding the gas down, i noticed where that the ignition wire splits off to ground into the metal floor board, it was sparking where it was meeting. So I then figured it probabbly wasnt grounding because it was off the ground, the whole sled, but even then after taking it off its stickers, it still made the spark on the floor board where its suppose to ground, what does that mean?

That wire isn't contacting the floorboard good enough. Take the wire off, clean the terminal and reattach it.
