Products by "Mothers" I hear are pretty good. I used it on my aluminum rims and it worked well.

To polish aluminum to a chrome-like finish, you will need to use a cotton polishing wheel with rouge (not sure which color?). Then use Mother's to maintain it.

Use the red to polish aluminium. White for steel.

Never-Dull...It's like cotton soaked in mineral spirits, it works great.

Thats what I have always used for aluminum. I have been using it for many years. The red will deep clean and polish where the white will only polish.

Go with the recommendation of the manufacturer. I have seen polishing rouge at Sear's.....available separately or a 4-pack (different colors). Use that cotton wheel on a fairly powerful tool, because it is doing a lot of work when done right. I have polished aluminum fuel tanks for my karts using a massive pedestal mounted grinder motor. Polishing is polishing......not sure what "deep cleaning" means.
Show us the pics when you're done!!
