got my carbs totally recleaned trying to see if needle valves working now but cant get all the gas out of the motor still big time flooded what should i do to get the extra fuel out trying to crank every dry set of plugs fires then get to wet any ideas

Pull it over with no plugs in it. It'll shoot all the fuel out, but it won't take long at all.
