Cool Kickin ass and taking names

What is with this sled, I am not used to be faster than many other people. My friend niko has a 03 ski-doo 600 h.o. and everytime we lined up and raced i won. I don't know why but i got him off the line and all the way up to 87 mph then we had to start slowing down. In the same field i also raced a late 90s arctic cat 700 tripple which he said was piped, clutched, reeds, and other work and i spanked him. It was no competition, I was amazed. I also outran a MXZ and a 1980s sled. Infact, the only person that was keeping up with me was nikos dad who has an 04 ski-doo rev 800. He beat me but by maybe the length of my sled. Some of you might think im bull****ting you but im not, this sled is amazing.

you may be better at getting off the line, do you hold it near engagement and then go? these 583's are not to be underestimated.

I hold the rpms at 2,500 then i gun it. The thing hooks up amazingly and the skis do not touch the ground until about 40 mph and even then they do not have much pressure on them.

i hold it at about 3,700 then gun it, that works good. my gearing is too to tall to really wheelie good but its still real fast, it has the gearing from the 670 motor it used to have.

If you really want toi humilate them, hold the brake and run it up till it starts to pull a little and then pin it when you get the signal. You will have the best hole shot ever then and get the jump by at least a sled lengthon the start.

You back off a little and keep it just trying to pull a little, not enough to creep, but you feel it. If you do iut a lot, you will use belts faster, but how often are you drag racing anyway?

I would be questioning this guy with the 700 triple Cat. I am not 100% sure but I don't think Cat ever made a 700 triple. What model was it??? Just curious.

You would think braking and revving would be hard on the belt because the clutch is trying to engage the belt. But hey, I've only put about 200 miles on a sled anyways, so I don't know that much.
