Do you just want to lift your ski's off the ground, or actually ride on the back bogie wheels?

Loosen the limiter strap. This will relieve ski pressure. Only do one setting at a time though 'til you like it the way you want it.

Got your manual for the sled ? It explains how to adjust them and the restults of changing them. I'm pretty sure it will just relieve ski pressure which means the skis will have less weight on the which may make high speed turning more difficult.

Maybe you might want to learn a little more about your sled before you start making these types of changes.....just my $.02!! Not a hater!
