IS THIS FLOAT NORMAL? "fouling plugs"

94 vmax 600....i am trying to figure out why i am fouling plugs on 1 side.

here is a pic of the float, both sides are this way, just wondering if this is normal...it does not seem level...thanks.

THat float level looks way too high to me. You need to check the service manual to find out the height it needs to be at. My guess it'll be nearly level...

too high, bend the little tab which contacts the needle valve and make it level to the carb body
