Jim,
Went through your web site the other day Wow
You've done alot of work over the years they all look great. I love that red sled in this post what is it? i'm newer to sledding, I've never seen shocks like that before in the front. How does it ride? U must get great control on turns. Are they designed that way for a specific purpose?

The sled in the photo is a 96 Yamaha Vmax-4. It has a 4 cylinder 800 cc engine, the Vmax-4 is one of the few production built 4 cylinder 2-stroke snowmobiles. The front suspension is typical of what Yamaha was using in that time, and is called T.S.S. My father and I just bought it in June, so I don't know how it handles. I would assume on nice smooth trails it will do well. It is VERY heavy on the front though.
Heres a video of it running.

Very heavy sled. Gas hog. But... A very nice sled! Just needs a good suspension. What's the year? 96?
