We got 3" of snow lastnight, and we're expected to get more snow all the way to next Wedsday. The Lake effect machine will be turned back on.

All that snow sounds great, Mouse. I so wished I could go! But it would be a 1000 mile round trip for me - gas to drive there and back would probably cost $150 - not including that which would go into the sled, food, lodging, et al. I could easily drop $500 on this affair.
Maybe next year?

I know you was joshin'. Didn't you see my ? LOL.
I'd love to go, Snowrida, but the money (while always a consideration) isn't the real problem or a barrier - our local fire company (of which I'm Treasurer) is holding their annual Bowling Tournament that weekend. I have to work the registration booth, among other duties.
So you guys have fun. I'll be thinking of you, and all that incredible riding. The only thing I can hope - we get some snow between now and then so I can ride here in the morning and the evening!

I just checked the 10 day forecast and its calling for 42 degrees in gaylord next Friday. Yesterday it said only 31. Big difference in just one day. We will have to wait and see.

Calling for 42 here by Wed. If there's no snow in Gaylord by Thur.
next week, I think we're going to have to pick another weekend.
Old saying say's you can't screw with mother nature, well I would like to stick a couple oil caps in her wind tunnel right now. Let's pray for snow. Mouse, keep snow dancing!
