setting up a 1996 ski-doo f3 600 for speed runs

i was woundering if anyone has ant advise or suggestions on setting up a 1996 ski-doo formula III 600. like clutching, gearing, and i heard someting about a smaler head gasked will give it more compression, what should i change it too? i need to keep it within the ISR guidlines, but pleas post any info you have,
