Entry Level Snocross - Cat, Ski-doo or Polaris?

Knowing that everyone is "super" brand loyal, I will ask anyway...Why do no jr (10-14) level snocross riders race the 550 IQ Shift?...I ask, because it is once again "SnoCheck" time... Most run with the 550 MX Z X package, but now I'm seeing more of the new 570 Cats...Guess my initial brand of choice?...Yep, Red and Black!...But other than 50lbs of extra weight, there has to be more of a reason you dont see them on the track. The IQ suspension is fine...the 550 engine cooling issues seem to be resolved...Heck, it's cool looking. Other than shock upgrades, why would I not want to put my son on Red and Black?...Any input?
