Vertical Scope owns both this site and snowmobileworld.com. That site recently switched to this format as well and the first response was not good at all. People just didn't like change but as time has gone by they are getting used to it. Some things like the arcade are still missed over there but they say they are working on getting some sort of game forum back up. Mainly the advertising was the big issue with compplaints but someone has to pay the bills right?

And, it's being very slow loading pages, I might as well be back on dial-up for as fast as it's running.

I have no problems whatsoever loading pages. As far as the ads, are the ones that turn the words into an ad?

The pages to load a little slower, but not to noticeable. I see we have to deal with the in post advertising again though  . That's gonna suck donkey nuts  |

I used IE the last time that I was here and every page that loaded I got a pop up that asked me if I wished to debug. (two of them every time)

I quit visiting snowmobileworld.com when they went to the new software, it was just too slow to load. I hate waiting, especially to load ads i don't want to see. Hope it gets better here, otherwise i will have to log off and go rake the lawn or something. Sigh.

its not a bad site at all, the only problem i really have with it, is i have to scroll it over to the right to read everything otherwise its fine. no loading problems or anything like that.

Check your screen resolution to fix that.
Best setting for crt monitors would be 1080x700 and for Lcd 1152x864.
