If you have pictures posted in one thread it won't allow you to use the same pics in another why is this and can you get around it somehow?

host them offsite and link them in, you are then not restricted in size either.

Unfortunately, once you use a pic here you cannot use it again, unless you remove it from your other post.

I'm not that into computer stuff I have know Idea how to do all that. Sounds like a lot of work too.

Got to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and register for a free account and start uploading.
There are instructions for linking or embedding images to other sites.
