95 Mountain Cat will not run.

I guess I need help with my 1995 fuel injected Mountain Cat that will not start. I have tried everything I can think of to troubleshoot it without actually checking each of the components that are supposedly self diagnosed by the computer. I have tried two sets of new plugs and verified that they have a blue spark when grounded to the top of the cylinders. I drained the fuel and added new Shell V-Tech 92 Octaine fuel. I took off the fuel-in line prior to the injecter manifold and allowed about a third of a gallon to be run though the line to purge the old fuel out. I verified that the intake air was not blocked by removing the silencer. I took the exhaust pipe off at the box near the battery to be sure the exhaust pipe was not blocked. The computer flashes once indicating it thinks the fuel injection components are OK. I also charged up the battery and verified with multimeter that it is putting out about 12 and a half volts. The motor fires and will run for a couple seconds, somtimes. The plugs are wet when removed and when dried and reinstalled the motor usually tries to run for a second or two. It seems like the motor floods each time I try to start it. Thanks for any advise that is out out there! Randy

Pull the plugs and with the ignition off, pull the engine over repeatedly to ensure that there is no fuel left in the base.
Reinstall the plugs and try it again.
If it does not work, use an inline spark detector to be sure that it is getting spark under pressure.
