dash and headlights

The lights on my '94 Phazer can just barely be seen; they provide no light to speak of. The dash and tail lights all share the problem. The thumb warmer, however, seems extra hot. Can anyone give me some advice on what to look for?

Unplug the warmers and see ifthe lights get bright again. If they do, warmers are shorted. Replace them.
