Posting pictures

I know I have asked this before but I still have not been able to post a picture. Can someone give me specific instructions on how to do this as I am not really good with computers?

Click "Post Reply"
Scroll down, click "Browse" next to "Attach file"
Find your file, double click on it
click "Submit reply"

If the file is too big then you start getting a more complex, but even then it's pretty simple

Go to Paint (Assuming everyone has it) -- Open the picture -- then there are little "boxes" around the picture, drag those to make it bigger or smaller
