Have spark and 150,151 compression. Just not starting. When I pulled the carbs off and the spark plugs out everything was real wet. I am running 60 pilots 300, 270 mains, 2 or 2.5 out on the air/fuel. Just real wet. going to try again tomorrow. I bought it from a guy that said he had flooding problems. He had 340 370 mains, 1/4 turn out on the fuel/air screw and 60 pilots. I just put everything back to stock. Is the primer really problematic? I mean one squirt shouldn't flood it. Let me know what you guys think.

I rebuilt the top-end of my 1996 Mach Z 780 recently. While doing this I pulled out the bottom end and cleaned it. I noticed that when I rotate the crank, there is a clicking noise comming from the clutch every revolution or so. I looked at the weights and flicked them back and forth, they are loose but seem solid. Also I dont see any metal shavings near the clutch area.

I tried to find people with similar problems, but it was all mixed reviews.
I think once this sled is done, I'm just going to sell it, but I dont won't to sell someone a sled that has a bad clutch.

Today I'm going to blow it out with some air, maybe I'll buy a clutch puller and rebuild it...

What are your thoughts guys? Anyone have the same problems? Will this clutch last?

Thanks in advance!
Matthew
