98' Efi Aaaahhhhh!!!!!

Getting crabby..... I have a 98' arctic cat zr 600 EFI, I went through the machine in hopes she would be flawless this year but......when she's stone cold it starts right up...runs great when cold or hot, but when I try to start it when it's warm there's nothin....I have gas and spark, I just don't know what's going on...I can drive it for 3 hours without a problem but as soon as I shut it off I can't start it again no matter what I do......anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking it might be something with the EFI but I don't have a clue what it could be....
