Won't Start after heating up?

I have an 1998 Acrtic Cat 580EFI. The sled starts fine, runs fine, but won't start after I run it for an hour or so. It just started doing this.

After running the sled for an hour or so, I turned it off and tried to start the sled and it won't start. If I let it cool for half an hour, it fires right up.
I have gas in the cylinders
I have spark on the plugs.
But it will not start. Gas and spark but no start. After it cools it starts right up.

Any setting ideas on what is causing this?

CHeck for spark after you try to crank it warm. Might be ignition, fuel pump, etc.

Also check the compression before startup then recheck after it warms up.
