Hey everyone! I'm Rick! new to the forum just bout my first sled today but having issues starting I and getting fuel air and spark the spark on one cylinder is a little weak but still strong enough that it should at least try to fire it has compression on the top end. Any ideas what it could be?'72 Yamaha sl338c starting problems-imageuploadedbysm-free1357532982.610430.jpg

Are the wire end caps good and tight on the plugs and the wires?

Not yet I did old school way and put my thumb over the plug hole and was pushing my thumb off! But I don't have the numbers on what the compression should be

Well, that will tell a lot.
Also, the weak spark can often be the external coil is going out.
Another thing to check is to pull the flywheel and make sure that there is no rust on the magnets and coil ends.
