Polaris 440 single carb. Pulls real hard and takes awhile to get to start. Habe to dump gas in cylinders and it will run for a few seconds. Fresh gas new fuel lines cleaned the carb and put on a new fuel pump and still nothing. Any advice?

Try simply just blowing into the gas tank with the fuel line at carb off! See if fuel comes out? Then pull the engine over and see if gas spurts out!
