2002 polaris 600 xc xp edge midrange bog

I have a new to me 02 Polaris xc xp edge 600 has a midrange bog but does not do it every time seems to be under hard acceleration in the 6500-7500 rpm range wondering if dirty ves valves can cause this or not does not do it all the time only occasionally any suggestions be greatly appreciated

That would be the first thing I would check. Then check for clean clutches, then clean carbs.

Carbs were just cleaned by previous owner before he sold it and they look really clean so I don't think its that also how much will warmer weather have effect on running it was like 35 degrees here yesterday during the day but did notice as it cooled down it didn't seem to do it as bad either
