I was wondering if anyone can give me insight on my issue..I bought a 2006 RMK 900 recently but have some issuses with the headlights and the dash. the lights are dim and the dash won't light up at all, I have recently replaced the voltage regulator, what kind of makes me wonder is the sled runs great just no lighting....Thanx

Regulator would be my first thought too! Any issues with the harness going to the hood? Melted aroud the exhaust? How about a bad ground?

Have a multimeter? If it wasn't the regulator then start working your way from the output of your regulator and work your way up to your dash checking voltages and different points. Correct me if im wrong but doesnt your whole gauge cluster and headlights share the same ground? Being that the hood is fiberglass anyway. If you brake lights and handwarmers still seem to be working properly than i would try to find that ground, thats the only reason they would all malfunction that i can think of.

Is the taillight OK? If so, check the hood wiring.
