F7 Clutch Stuck

I attempted to pull the clutch off my F7 with a puller, it won't budge. After lubing it up with PB Blaster and WD-40 I hooked it up to an air impact. The socket was turning but after realizing the clutch wasn't coming off I decided to spin the puller back out. Once out the puller was bent into an S shape. My main concern is that there could be damage to the Crank Shaft. I will add that the clutch bolt still threads in so I don't think it messed up the threads.

Any thoughts.

It happens... Using an impact is what I would have done as well... If you can get a piece of steel blank and put it in the hole, and use a bolt that fits the threads on the clutch, it may work better. Your puller seems like a cheapie.

Or take it to a dealership and pay them a few bucks to pop it for you.

Try filling the hole with grease. As you compress the grease with the puller, it creates hydraulic pressure which can push the clutch off pretty easily. If you don't want to put grease in there, you can tip the sled on it's side and use water, it can do the same thing. You will have to wrap the threads on the puller where it engages the clutch to get a water-tight seal, though.

I think I would take that puller back and get a new one first then do the grease!
