just bought 2 1980 johndeere liquifire both sleds start on starting fluid they haven't been licensed since 92 put new gas tanks on both all new fuel line rebuilt fuel pump went thru carbs cleaned them can see fuel leave tank go thru pump line from pump to carb has some fuel also air thing still only run on mist can feel air on impulse line to pump some one said maybe crank case seals how do i check how difficult to do fairly mechanical any help would be appreciated thanks

Remove the lines from the carbs and pull it over. Fuel should shoot out of the lines. Do that first.
