Why does weather effect sleds?
I bought my first sled this past fall (an '89 Polaris Indy 500) and love riding it.
I noticed if it is 25 degrees outside, the sled ran a lot better than when it was 45 degrees.
Since the winters in upstate, NY tend to be a little on the warmer side for the most part, what do I have to do to my sled to make it run better in 45 degree weather, than 25 degree weather?
Is it just jetting? Is it something else?
Just to let you know my sled is air-cooled too.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
