Start with cutting a 1/4" off the plug wires and then screw them back on good and tight! Fresh plugs. And like I asked in your other post, is it APV?

yes, it does have the apv's but they are definetly hooked up correctly. And would that cause it to die out sometimes, you would think it would just run horrible all the time if it wasnt opening up at startup or full throttle. The plug wires, caps and plugs are also brand new, they are actually the the red racing ngk wires and caps, so i doubt that could be the problem. im starting to wonder if the key in the flywheel slipped and that put the timing off or something, Im stumped.

Check the throttle pivot pin bushing, this wears and can be replaced rather than disabling the throttle safety switch in the throttle block assembly.
