Deffinitly the EFI chip. What it is doing, in a nut shell, is running rich. When a sled is cold, the EFI feeds it mroe fuel, when the sled is warm, the EFI feeds it less fuel. I am geussing that the EFI chip is somehow distorted and feeding it richly. I would either A, go and ask the local sled head, or B, purchase a HP chip and replace the old one. I am 70% sure its the EFI chip.
