bogey wheel

hey i have a 1997 ultra and i need to take off my inside bogey wheel that is near the shock that is closer to the front of the sled, so that i can then replace the plastic and metal things inside the wheel. i believe i broke this going over moguls in old forge. my question is, does anything know if im going to have to take off my whole track and the shock? because i tried just taking the bolt out but it doesn't seem to come out this way.

There's usually a sleeve in the bearing. Bolts are notorious for rusting to the sleeves... It's a real pain to get them out. I usually end up cutting the bolt off with an angle grinder, and just replacing it. It will save you hours of beating it with a hammer!
