Skags On 800 Mxz

I HAVE AN 02 800 MXZ, AND WENT TO LOCAL DOO DEALER TO BUY SKAGS. HE TOLD ME TO PUT 6" ON OUTSIDE OF SKI, AND 4" ON INSIDE. THE SLED SEEMS TO DART LEFT AND RIGHT. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY TIPS TO HELP ME? THE SKIS ARE ALIGNED RIGHT. THANKS

If you have that many picks, there has to be some kind of front end problem. (worn tie rod ends, ski bushings, etc.) 144 picks should keep it from darting.
