How do you remove bearings/bogie wheels?

I am trying to remove a bearing/boogie wheel from a yamaha v-max skid. It has a inner e-clip I removed, but the bearing surface is tight to the shaft. I bought a puller, and it does not clamp on the edges correctly, it just slips off the rubber wheel.

Thanks

If the bearing retainer clip is on the inside of the wheel, you may be able to force the wheel off the bearing and then remove the bearing with the puller. Yamaha probably makes a special puller. I know AC has the same issue with the upper bogey wheels, they are a PITA to get off without the proper tool if you want to save the wheel...
