ebay is probably your best bet for skis and a spindle on the cheap. or post a "wanted" add in the classified section here, cause there are alot of people here with parts, maybe even local to you. spindle off of any pre-xtra10 wedge will fit your sled. so basically from 88-95ish. will fit with no problems. in 91, if you still have stock skis, yours should be metal. the metal skis from any polaris from mid 80's to the late 90's will fit. if you want to go plastic, plastic skis from any late wedge style (like 97-98 xc/rmk, etc) or the genII (2000 xcr, things like that) will fit. I have arctic cat skis on my xcr, and they work well. or youcan go after market, new will be in the $400+ range though. look around, if you have fitment questions, ask.
or, check this out. slp skis on clearance. the only thing that sucks is they only have purple or blue left, BUT it is everything, brand new w/ carbides for $200
