Sway Bars missing

Hello everybody. I just bought a '02 Polaris two-up. Its been in a wreck and the left side front suspension appears to have been replaced, it doesn't match the right side. Anyway, the sway bars are missing on both sides. It looks like they connect to the trailing arms with a "floating" type connection. How important are these? Are they easy to put on?

You'll get more "body roll" without it. Actually some guys choose to remove them for their riding style. Not sure of your specific style, but on a 2-up, you may not need to worry. Try it first & if it's objectionable, replace it.
